This International Conference on Refugee & Newcomer Well-Being, hosted by Let’s Help International (LHI) on June 3, 2026, in Edmonton, Alberta, brought together community leaders, service providers, policymakers, researchers, faith-based organizations, and newcomers to foster meaningful dialogue and collaboration. Under the theme “Seeing, Supporting, and Celebrating Newcomers, Refugees, and Displaced Communities,” participants shared knowledge, explored innovative solutions, celebrated achievements, and strengthened partnerships aimed at improving the well-being, inclusion, and success of refugee and newcomer communities across Canada and beyond.
