Meet the Founder

Mr. Festo Nduwayezu, LHI Founder.

Being the Founder of Let’s Help International (LHI), Festo Nduwayezu’s vision for LHI is rooted in his own life experiences, having grown up in hardship and witnessing the challenges faced by marginalized groups. The support he received from individuals and organizations along the way enabled him to pursue higher education, eventually earning a Master’s degree in International Relations and a Degree in Business Administration, which strengthened his commitment to giving back. Festo believes that meaningful change begins with compassion, opportunity, and collective responsibility.

Driven by this belief, he first established Let’s Help International back in Uganda, Africa in 2020 to create pathways for dignity, resilience, and hope for those who need it most including refugees. Under his leadership, LHI has grown into a trusted organization providing Education and humanitarian assistance, youth mentorship, empowerment programs, and community engagement initiatives across Canada and internationally. Festo is known for his passion, integrity, and hands-on approach to service. His philosophy remains simple yet powerful: helping others is not about having enough but it’s about having a heart to do what’s right, without waiting for a reward from people.

Through LHI, he continues to champion inclusive programs and partnerships that uplift communities and inspire lasting transformation.
