Kyaka II Refugee Settlement in Western Uganda is home to more than 140,000 refugees. Thousands of children face significant barriers to accessing primary education due to poverty, overcrowded classrooms, trauma, and a lack of essential school supplies and fees.
Today, more than 15,000 children—nearly 30% of all school-age children in the settlement—are out of school and vulnerable to exploitation, child labor, and early marriage.
In response to this urgent need, Let’s Help International (LHI) is supporting 65 vulnerable refugee children by providing:
✅ Scholastic materials
✅ School uniforms
✅ School fees support
✅ Psychosocial support services
While this assistance is making a meaningful difference, many more children still need help. We invite individuals, organizations, and partners to join us in ensuring that every refugee child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a brighter future.
We are trying to raise $5,000 to support Education of these vulnerable refugee children. Your support can help keep children in school and give hope to families affected by displacement.
