Let’s Help International (LHI) is having it’s second “International Conference on Refugee & Newcomer Well-Being“, and it’s scheduled for June 26-28, 2027 (10AM-05PM), in Edmonton, Alberta at 201 – 17505 107 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada (The Legacy Creative Hub).
With the theme “Seeing, Supporting, and Celebrating Newcomers, Refugees, and Displaced Communities”, this conference will provide a collaborative space for dialogue, knowledge sharing, and strategic action among organizations and individuals serving newcomers and refugees.
Keynote & Sessions Highlights:
- Keynote Address: “Seeing, Supporting, and Celebrating Newcomers in a Changing World” will be delivered by a distinguished guest speaker with extensive experience in refugee and newcomer well-being.
- Panel Discussions:

- Advancing Localization: Strengthening Refugee-Led & Community-Based Organizations
- Breakout Sessions focusing on:

Local Participants registration fees:
- Early Bird Registration: CAD $50 (Until March 30th, 2027)
- Regular registration: CAD $80
- Supporter Registration : CAD $150
International participant fees:
- CAD $500 (includes invitation letter)
- CAD $1,500 (includes hotel for 3 nights, meals, local transportation, and invitation letter)
International participants are encouraged to check visa processing timelines before registering.
